AI training for teams
that actually ships work.
Corporate AI training for companies in India, the USA, the UK and Australia. Three tracks, built for the marketers and operators using AI day-to-day, the engineers shipping it into the product, and the CXOs deciding where the money goes. Every session ends with something your team can use the next morning.

Three tracks
One curriculum.
Three audiences.

Most AI training is either condescending fluff for executives, generic prompt tips for marketers, or hardcore notebook tutorials for engineers. We built the thing in the middle, and then split it cleanly, so each room actually levels up.
Marketers, content, ops, sales, HR and finance teams.
Foundations
Stop pasting prompts into ChatGPT. Start running AI workflows that touch your real tools.
- Marketers: spin up campaign engines that pull from your CRM, brief, draft and schedule across channels
- Ops & finance: automate weekly reports, reconciliation and inbox triage with connected AI
- Sales: enrich leads, draft proposals and follow-ups grounded in your own data
- Spot when a generic tool is enough vs when you need a custom connector built
Practitioner
Wire AI into the way your team actually works. No code required.
- Marketers: SEO at scale, programmatic landing pages, content engines tied to analytics
- Ops: end-to-end workflows across Slack, Notion, Airtable, your CRM and your data warehouse
- HR & support: AI agents that screen, route and respond using your own playbooks
- Write a clean brief a builder can turn into a working integration for your stack
Engineers, data, product and platform teams.
Foundations
Go from API curiosity to shipping a working AI feature inside your product.
- Mental model of LLMs, embeddings, tool use and system design that holds up in code review
- Build custom connectors and wrappers around any model, your APIs and your database
- Implement structured outputs, streaming and tool calls in your own services
- Ship a working prototype: a copilot, an agent, or an AI feature inside your app
Practitioner
Build production-grade connected AI systems, with evals and observability.
- Production RAG and agentic systems over your own data, APIs and permissions
- Multi-step agents with custom tool integrations, memory and guardrails
- Eval harnesses, tracing and observability so you can ship AI without flying blind
- Cost, latency and model-routing strategies that survive real scale
Architect
Design the AI platform your whole company will build on.
- Reference architecture: gateway, vector store, eval, orchestration, audit
- Security: PII, prompt injection, least-privilege tool access, tenant isolation
- Model strategy: routing, fine-tuning, distillation, self-hosted and on-prem options
- An internal AI platform spec your team can execute against next quarter
CEOs, CTOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs and their leadership teams.
Executive Primer
Cut through the AI noise. Decide what your company actually needs to do this year.
- A clear-eyed view of where AI moves the P&L vs where it's a distraction
- Frameworks to evaluate vendors, agencies and internal proposals without being sold to
- A short list of plays specific to your industry, with rough ROI and timelines
- Language to align your board, your CFO and your engineering org on the same plan
Leadership Program
Lead an AI-native org without writing a line of code.
- Build a 12-month AI roadmap with clear ROI lines and kill criteria
- Decide buy vs build vs custom for each initiative, and staff it accordingly
- Set up governance, data policy and risk controls for connected AI systems
- Run a portfolio of AI bets like a product org, not a science project
Board & C-suite Offsite
Get your top team out of the room with one strategy, not ten opinions.
- Pressure-test your AI thesis against your competitive landscape and capital plan
- Org design: where AI sits, who owns it, how it interacts with product and data
- M&A, partnerships and talent moves to make in the next 6–12 months
- A signed-off plan with owners, budget envelopes and quarterly checkpoints
Marketers, content, ops, sales, HR and finance teams.

However you want to learn it.
Pick the format that fits your team. Mix them if you have to. We are flexible, the curriculum is not.
Cohort
Public cohorts, mixed companies, live online. Best for individuals and small teams.
Private
Run end-to-end for one organisation, tailored to your stack, data and goals.
In-person
Two to five day intensives, on site with your team. Anywhere in the world.
Embedded
We sit with your team for a sprint, train as we build, and leave you with shipped software.
Why it works
We train the way
we build. In public, on real work.
Working artefacts your team takes home from a typical 2-day program.
Average time from Practitioner cohort to first AI workflow live in production.
Sessions taught by people who ship production AI for paying clients.

Questions
Before you ask.
Do I need any technical background?+
Depends on the track. Marketers & Operators assumes zero code, just curiosity. Engineers & Product assumes you ship code, no prior AI required. CXOs & Boards assumes nothing technical, just a P&L to defend.
How is this different from a free YouTube course?+
We don't teach what you can Google. Every session is about building custom AI systems, connectors and wrappers around your real tools and data. You walk away with working integrations, not prompt tricks.
Can you train our whole company?+
Yes. Most engagements mix a CXO session for leadership, Foundations for the wider marketing and ops teams, and a Practitioner or Architect cohort for the engineers who will build.
What does it cost?+
Public cohort seats start in the low four figures per person. Private programs are scoped to team size and depth. Tell us what you want and we'll send a clear quote within 48 hours.
Who teaches?+
The same team that builds Koso's client systems. You learn from people who ship production AI for a living, not full-time trainers.
