## A Manager. Parallel Analysts. One Verdict.

The other agents on this site work in a line. This one works like a team: a manager agent decides, for your specific product, which customer segments deserve an analyst, then those analysts run at the same time, each blind to the others, and a synthesis agent reconciles what they found. You watch the whole team work on this page:

Swipe the diagram sideways to follow the full flow. The actual pipeline behind every verdict. The analyst column runs in parallel: the manager decides at runtime how many analysts to hire and what each one tests.

## What The Fit Grades Mean.

The score is a read on the strength of the evidence in your best segment, pulled down by heavy competition or unproven willingness to pay. The full breakdown, per segment and with sources, ships with every verdict.

### A

80-100

Strong demand evidence in a segment you can actually reach, with a credible reason your product wins some of it. The verdict names the tests that would confirm it.

### B

60-79

Promising fit with real gaps to close: demand is visible but competition is heavy, or willingness to pay is unproven. Usually the verdict points at one segment to focus on.

### C

40-59

Fit is possible but the evidence is thin. The analysts found little demand chatter, or strong incumbents already serving the segment well. Test before you build more.

### D

0-39

The evidence points away from fit as described. That usually means the product needs a different segment or a sharper problem, not that the idea is worthless.

Every verdict ends with the cheapest concrete tests that would prove or kill the winning hypothesis, because a score is a place to start, and only customers prove fit.

## Product-Market Fit FAQ

### What does the AI product-market fit analysis actually do?

You describe your product in a sentence or two. A manager agent reads it and decides, for your specific product, which 2 or 3 customer segments are worth testing. It writes each analyst a research brief with tailored web searches. The analysts then run at the same time, in parallel: each one looks for real demand evidence in its segment, people complaining about the problem, asking for solutions, discussing alternatives, while a competition analyst maps what you are up against. A synthesis agent weighs all their findings and gives you a product-market fit score out of 100, a grade, and the segment where fit looks strongest.

### Is this product-market fit analysis tool really free?

Yes, it's free. Your first analysis needs no sign-in; after that we ask for a name and email, no password, no credit card. You can run up to 5 analyses per hour, and a product description someone already analyzed in the last two weeks is served instantly from the saved result.

### How is this different from the Sean Ellis 40% test?

The Sean Ellis test measures the product-market fit you already have: it surveys your existing users and asks how disappointed they would be without your product. That is the right tool once you have users. This analysis works before that point: it needs only a description, and it tests fit from the outside, using demand evidence on the public web and the competitive field. Use this to find the segment worth pursuing; use the Sean Ellis test later to measure whether you got there.

### Can I use it before launching, with no users?

That is exactly what it is built for. Survey-based product-market fit tools (the ones that measure PMF, as investors shorten it) need users to survey; canvas templates need you to fill in your own guesses. This agent needs one paragraph. Founders use it at the idea stage, before building, and again when repositioning an existing product toward a new segment.

### Where does the demand evidence come from?

Live web search, run fresh for your product. The manager writes each segment analyst two targeted queries designed to surface people discussing the problem: forum and Reddit threads, review-site activity, comparison articles, communities asking for solutions. Each evidence point in the result names its source. When the searches find nothing, the analysis says so honestly, because an absence of demand chatter is itself a finding.

### What does the product-market fit score out of 100 mean?

It is a read on how strong the evidence of fit looks in your best segment, pulled down by heavy competition or weak willingness to pay. A grades (80+) mean strong demand evidence in a reachable segment. B (60 to 79) means promising fit with real gaps to close. C (40 to 59) means fit is possible but unproven. D (below 40) means the evidence points away from fit as described, which usually means reposition, not give up.

### Why do the analysts run in parallel?

Because product-market fit is never one question: it is the same question asked of different customer segments, and the answers are independent. A manager agent decides which segments deserve an analyst for your product, then those analysts work simultaneously, each blind to the others, and a synthesis agent reconciles them. It is the supervisor and worker architecture used in production agent systems, and you watch it live on this page.

### How accurate is an AI product-market fit analysis?

It is an evidence-based read, not a guarantee. The demand signals are real search results and the competitive field is real products, but nobody can prove fit from the outside: only customers do that. That is why every verdict ends with the cheapest concrete tests that would prove or kill the winning hypothesis. Treat the score as a prioritisation tool for what to test first, not a promise.
