## Want An Agent Like This For Your Business?

This page reads a website, dispatches a research team and writes a document, which is the architecture Koso builds for clients every week. The same shape scores your inbound leads against this profile, keeps your account list fresh, or drafts the first touch for every account that trips a trigger.

## It Reads Your Site Before It Reasons.

Every other ICP generator hands your URL to a language model and prints what the model already believed. This one fetches the site first, because two facts on it decide most of the profile: your advertised prices bound who can afford you, and your open roles say how you sell. Only then does a manager agent pick the segments worth testing and put analysts on them, all at once, each checking its segment against live web evidence.

## What Lands In The Profile.

Eight sections, written to be used rather than filed. The two most teams are missing are the disqualifiers and the filter set: one stops you working accounts that will never close, the other turns the profile into a list you can actually build today.

### Firmographics

Size, industries, geography and the budget signal, tied to what your pricing page says a buyer has to be able to spend.

### The buying committee

Who owns the budget, who else is in the room, and the specific objection that stalls each of them.

### Triggers to watch

The observable events that mean an account is in market now: a hire, a raise, a migration, a public complaint.

### Who to say no to

The companies inside your segment that look like buyers and are not. The half of an ICP that saves money.

### In their words

How these buyers describe the problem themselves, pulled from real threads and reviews. Your copy writes itself from here.

### Where to find them

The channels that actually reach this buyer, plus a filter set ready to paste into Sales Navigator or Apollo.

### Target accounts

Named companies with the signal that made them a fit and the source URL that proves it, or an honest empty list.

### What would prove it

The cheapest test that would confirm or kill the profile, because a profile is a hypothesis until a customer signs.

## What The Confidence Grades Mean.

The fit signal reads how strong the evidence is for the winning segment, and it is pulled down when the analysts had to fall back on general knowledge instead of finding real sources. A low grade is information, not a failure: it usually means the segment was drawn too broadly to prove anything about.

### A

80 and above

Multiple independent sources show this segment feels the problem and pays to solve it. Build the outbound list.

### B

60 to 79

A credible profile with real gaps. Usually the budget owner or the trigger is still a guess. Test it before you scale spend.

### C

40 to 59

Plausible but largely unproven. The evidence was thin, so treat the profile as a hypothesis and run the tests at the end.

### D

below 40

The public evidence does not support a confident profile yet. Almost always a segment defined too broadly, not an absent customer.

Every profile ends with the cheapest test that would prove or kill it, because a profile built from public evidence is a hypothesis, and only a signed customer settles it.

## ICP Generator FAQ

### What does this ICP generator actually do?

You give it the website you sell from. It reads that site live: the homepage, the pricing page, the about page and your live job board. Those are facts, and they narrow the profile fast, because your advertised prices bound who can afford you and your open roles say how you sell. A manager agent then picks the 2 or 3 customer segments worth testing, analyst agents research each one in parallel against real web evidence, and an account researcher looks for named companies that match. You get an ideal customer profile with firmographics, the buying committee, trigger events, disqualifiers, the channels that reach them, and a filter set you can paste into Sales Navigator or Apollo.

### How is this different from the lemlist or HubSpot ICP generator?

Most tools in this category take your URL and hand it to a language model, which writes a plausible persona from what it already knows. Nothing is read and nothing is checked. This one fetches your site before it reasons: the price points, the plan count, whether there is a free tier or a contact-sales tier, the roles you have open and which departments they sit in. It then searches the live web for evidence that each candidate segment has this problem, and it cites sources. Where the evidence is thin, it says the confidence is low instead of writing with false certainty.

### Is the ICP generator really free?

Yes. Your first profile needs no sign-in; after that we ask for a name and email, no password, no credit card. You can build up to 5 profiles per hour, and a website someone already profiled in the last three weeks is served instantly from the saved result. Shared links are always free and never ask anyone to sign in.

### Are the target accounts real companies?

Only when the evidence names them and they actually fit. Two gates run on every company, both checked in code rather than left to the model. First, it must appear in the account researcher's own search results, cited to the URL that says so. Second, it must match one of the candidate segments on firmographics, because a search like "companies hiring product managers" returns job posts from banks, hospitals and hedge funds, and those companies posted a matching job, they are not your ideal customer. Anything that fails either gate is dropped, and the profile only tables the accounts backing the segment it picked. If nothing survives, it says no accounts were verified on this run rather than inventing a list. A tool that promises 25 named accounts every time is generating them, not finding them.

### What if I do not have a website yet?

Describe what you sell instead, in a sentence or two. The site-reading stage is skipped and the profile rests on your description plus the live evidence the analysts find, which is exactly how a pre-launch founder has to work. The profile will say the price band is unknown, because it is.

### What do the confidence grades mean?

A (80 and above) means real evidence from multiple sources that this segment feels the problem and pays to solve it. B (60 to 79) means a credible profile with gaps still to close. C (40 to 59) means the profile is plausible but largely unproven. D (below 40) means the public evidence does not yet support a confident profile, which usually means the segment is too broad rather than that no customer exists.

### Why does the profile tell me who NOT to sell to?

Because that is the half that saves money. Most ICP documents only describe who to chase, so sales teams keep working accounts that look right and never close. The disqualifiers section names the companies inside your segment that look like buyers and are not: wrong size, no budget owner, no trigger, a problem they have already solved another way. A profile that cannot say no is a wish list.

### Can I use this for an existing sales team, or only for a new product?

Both, with one honest caveat. This profile is built from public evidence, which is the right source when you are early or entering a new segment. Once you have enough closed-won deals, your own CRM is a better source than anything on the open web, and the strongest approach is to build the profile from your won deals and use this to test it from the outside. The last section of every profile says what would prove or kill the profile you just got.
