Use Policy.

The rules for using koso.ai and the free AI agents that Ideanab Private Ltd runs on it. Short version: use them for real business questions, do not point them at people, and do not try to break them.

## 01What this policy covers

This policy sets out the rules for using koso.ai, the free AI agents, the contact and booking forms, the careers section and any other service we make publicly available. It forms part of our [Terms of Service](/terms), so breaking it breaks those terms. It applies to everyone who uses the site, signed in or not.

## 02Prohibited uses

You must not use the site or the agents:

* in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation, in the UK or where you are;
* to defraud, deceive or mislead anyone, including by passing off agent output as an independent professional valuation, audit, certification or assessment;
* to research, profile, monitor, harass, stalk or build a dossier on an individual person, rather than a business;
* to make decisions about someone's employment, credit, insurance, housing or access to essential services;
* to obtain legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice, none of which we provide;
* to develop weapons, malware, or anything intended to cause harm, or to plan or support any criminal activity;
* to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights, confidence, privacy or contractual obligations;
* to send unsolicited marketing, spam or chain messages through our forms, or to harvest addresses from the site.

## 03Technical limits and fair use

The agents are free, and every run costs us real compute. Keep them usable for everyone else. You must not:

* script, scrape, crawl or otherwise automate access to the agents or the API, or route them through a bot, proxy or third-party product;
* resell, sublicense or wrap our agents in a service of your own, paid or free;
* circumvent rate limits, the free-run gate or the sign-in requirement, including by cycling addresses, using disposable mailboxes, clearing cookies to reset a counter, or signing up with an address that is not yours;
* attempt to extract our prompts, pipelines, model configuration or other underlying materials, including by prompt injection or jailbreaking;
* probe, scan or test the security of the site, bypass any access control, or interfere with any other user's session;
* introduce malware, launch a denial-of-service attack, or otherwise attack or overload the infrastructure;
* use our content or outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark a competing model or product.

Committing an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 is not just a breach of this policy. We will report it, and hand over what we have.

## 04What you must not submit

Content you type into a form or an agent must not:

* be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or likely to harass, upset, alarm or embarrass anyone;
* sexualise, endanger or exploit children in any way;
* promote violence, terrorism, discrimination or self-harm;
* contain personal data about other people, or any special category data such as health, ethnicity, religious or political views, or criminal records;
* contain confidential information, trade secrets, credentials, API keys or payment details;
* impersonate someone, or misrepresent who you are or who you act for;
* infringe copyright, database right, trade mark or any other third-party right.

A free agent is not a safe place for sensitive material.

Inputs pass through third-party model providers and are stored so your history and share links work. If you need our models run over sensitive or confidential data, that is a client engagement with a data-processing agreement behind it. Talk to us at aashish \[at\] koso.ai.

## 05How we enforce this

We decide whether this policy has been breached, acting reasonably. Depending on what happened we may:

* warn you, or remove or refuse content;
* rate-limit, suspend or permanently withdraw your access, with or without notice;
* close your agent account and delete its run history;
* take legal action, including recovering our costs;
* disclose what we hold to law enforcement or a regulator where we are required to, or where we believe it is necessary.

We are not liable for anything you lose as a result of action we take in good faith under this policy.

## 06Reporting abuse

If you see something on koso.ai that breaches this policy, or you think an agent has been used against you, tell us at aashish \[at\] koso.ai or through the [contact form](/contact). Include links and enough detail for us to find it, and we will look into it.

## 07Changes

We update this policy as the services change and as new patterns of abuse appear. The current version always lives on this page, and it is dated 26 August 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
